Brazil has been famous for its coffee for at least 2 centuries. This state produces from 20 to 30% of all the world’s coffee. 80 varieties of coffee are grown, but only four are suitable for drinking unblended; Titinos Santos is the most highly prized of these four. It grows in a harsh, mountainous area.
