On average, a decaffeinated coffee contains 2-3 mg of caffeine compared to 80-120 in a normal coffee. The process involves the production of a coffee infusion, from which the caffeine is removed using special filters. The beans release their caffeine into the infusion, while the aromatic substances remain inside the coffee beans. Even children can drink this kind of coffee.
