Bolivian coffee is grown in the volcanic soils of the mountains to the north of La Paz, amongst the peaks of the Abuelo de Poncho Blanco range, and harvested from April to August. Altura coffee is a well balanced Arabica, with a really interesting flavour.

Notes on flavour: Slight dry, spicy notes give way to a delicate flavour of cooked apple and caramelised sugar. The aftertaste is smooth and lingering, with a taste of peeled almonds
